Knowing that the night has arrived, I can begin to relax and look above at the darkness and it's ever present stillness that fills the air. I can now begin to paint. The evening silence is comforting to me. The mass of colour and light and the stars raining down, illuminates the night and shows constellations from ancient history that has remained unchanged. Blinding light. I've always believed the nights sky is just as bright (if not brighter) than the daylight hours. This is my attempt to find comfort in darkness. The therapeutic energy of eternity above us.
