Emotions Behind the Mask ~ Magaly Ávila

To apply makeup over our emotions allows us, for a moment, to integrate to the reality and constant demand from our society. By coloring the feelings and, for a second, conceal what’s burning inside us, we can pretend that we go unnoticed. At times, it is not easy to share the pain, it is not easy to reveal a reality when our soul is slipping away from us completely.
