Again using nature as a source of reference, this series depicts the way my mental state can suddenly change in an instant.
The paintings are dark, their backgrounds silent. By using colour as a metaphor for my daily feelings and thoughts, an injection of emotional energy lights up the calmness beneath. It then strikes with pure vengeance. A sudden, fast attack that's similar almost like a lightning storm. The Colour and composition spearheads like an arrow buried deep inside me.
